  • The 14-day period begins from the day you receive the goods.
  • Cancellation is available for most products, except for:
    • Perishable items (e.g., food, plants).
    • Personalised or customised items (unless faulty).
    • Downloadable digital content once access has been granted.

2. How to Cancel

To cancel your order:

  2. Provide order details: Include your order number, item description, and reason for cancellation (optional).
  3. Return the goods: Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and labels intact.

Note: You may be responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 days.
  • Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase.
  • We may deduct reasonable costs if the goods have been used beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

4. Exceptions

Cancellation rights do not apply to:

  • Items made to your specifications or personalised.
  • Perishable goods or items with a short shelf-life.
  • Sealed items that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, once opened.
